other aspects. The management is highly experienced in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Development, and Investment
Banking. Management has a 30 years combined experience. Mr. Weitzman has worked as accountant in Ernst & Young and in
the top Israeli securities law firm Prof Joseph Gross, Hodak, Greenberg & Co as well as in the largest Israeli investment
company “The Israel Corporation”. He also worked in a California Law Firm in Century City, Los Angeles and then
he founded his own law firm which has been representing renowned public companies. Mrs. Stephanie Weitzman is formerly Vice
President Investment Banking in a US investment bank, Oscar Gruss, which is active in Israel and she graduated with MBA from
the Israeli Technion. Mr. Hadar Weitzman is an experienced lawyer in
Israel and in California.
