Hadar Weitzman, Chairman & Founder Mr. Weitzman
is an Attorney licensed in California and Israel and he is a C.P.A licensed in Israel. Mr. Weitzman has 27 years experience
in investment banking, capital markes, corporate law, international taxation, IPO's, private placements, company and investments valuations,
DD and investment transactions. His working experience before founding his own business included top law firms and companies
in Israel and the United States: Ernst & Young - Leuboshitz, Kassirer & Co, The Israel Corporation Ltd. Law firm of
Prof. Joseph Gross, Hodak Greenberg & Co., a leading Israeli law firm specializing in capital markets and corporation
law. McCambridge Diexler, Marmaro & Goldberg, A US law firm based in Century City, Los Angeles. Mr. Weitzman has a B.A in Economics and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University and post graduate studies in Business
Management from Recanati School of Management, Tel Aviv University. He also has a LL.B in Law from Tel-Aviv
University. He is formerly Chairman of the Capital Markets committee, The Israel Bar Central Region and acted as a member
of the board of directors of the Ayalon Highways ltd. A multi billion Dollar government owned company. He is also a member
of the parlimentary forum of the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

Stephanie Weitzman, CEO & Founder Mrs. Weitzman background is in investment banking,
investment research and analysis. She has gained substantial experience working with leading U.S and European companies, banks
and financial institutions in cross-border business development, financial transactions and offerings. She works with senior
investment managers in the Israeli and European institutional markets. Formerly she was Vice President of Investment Banking at Oscar Gruss, A U.S
investment bank. Previously she worked at the Israeli Prime Minister's office for eight years. Her Academic qualifications:
Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) from the Haifa Institute of Technology 1998 (The Technion). B.A Double Major
in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Tel Aviv University 1991.
